Barre
Barre blends elements of yoga, Pilates, and functional training with the foundational principles of ballet. Using bodyweight resistance and targeted repetitions, it builds strength, stability, and endurance in a low-impact format.

Burn and Sculpt

Who can practise pilates reformer?
Pilates reformer can be performed by any client with or without previous knowledge of the pilates method, during the lessons the basic concepts will be introduced and built on.

ABT NTC
We are committed to providing exceptional ballet education through the ABT® National Training Curriculum — a comprehensive, 9-level program that combines high-quality artistic instruction with a strong foundation in dancer health and child development.
This internationally respected system offers age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to ensure students of all ages and skill levels receive the highest standard of training.
Pre-Primary through Level 5 classes at The Movement Spot are taught by ABT® Certified Teachers Carlos Ruiz and Valeria Gaona, who have successfully completed the Teacher Training Intensive from Pre-Primary through Level 9 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.

Regular weekly lessons prepare our kids with purpose, by the end of the school year an examination by the American Ballet Theater NTC Artistic Advisors according to their level will take place, having to prove their acquired knowledge in classical dance; if successful a diploma from the ABT will be granted.
