1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all classes, workshops, and events provided by The Movement Spot.
1.2 By attending any class or event at The Movement Spot, clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Membership and Class Packages
2.1 All memberships and class packages must be paid in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2 Memberships and class packages have expiration dates, as specified at the time of purchase.
3. Class Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Clients must book classes in advance using The Movement Spot’s online booking system.
3.2 Private classes must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
3.3 Group classes must be booked at least 1 hour in advance.
3.4 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being forfeited.
3.5 Walk-in registrations are allowed as long as there is space available. (Please call ahead to confirm availability.)
4. Studio Etiquette
4.1 Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before every class. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted.
4.2 Clients must wear appropriate fitness attire, clean socks for Pilates and Gyrotonic classes, and bring their own towels.
4.3 Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during classes.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before the class begins.
5.2 Clients participate in all classes at their own risk. The Studio is not responsible for any injury or health condition that may occur during the classes.
5.3 Pregnant clients must provide written consent from their doctor before participating.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1 The Movement Spot is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
6.2 Clients are advised to keep valuables with them or store them in the studio’s security lockers.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Movement Spot respects client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
7.2 Personal data collected by the Studio is used solely for providing services and communicating with clients.
7.3 Photos or videos may not be taken without prior consent from all individuals involved.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 The Movement Spot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or the Studio’s website.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
