Barre

Barre blends elements of yoga, Pilates, and functional training with the foundational principles of ballet. Using bodyweight resistance and targeted repetitions, it builds strength, stability, and endurance in a low-impact format. 

Easy to follow at beginner levels, the intensity increases as your stamina and coordination grow — making it a dynamic and progressive workout for all.

Pilates Mat

Our mat classes offer a dynamic blend of accessible exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and balance for every body. Rooted in mindful, controlled movement, Pilates helps improve posture, stability, and connection to the present moment.
