HOW THE REFORMER WORKS?

The Reformer machine consists of a sliding carriage, adjustable springs for resistance, straps, and pulleys. You’ll perform a variety of movements lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing—each one designed to challenge your muscles in a safe and effective way. With guided instruction, you’ll learn to flow through exercises that improve coordination, strength, and grace.
