*We prioritize individual care in every session. All our classes are taught in English, with clear demonstrations and guided movement to ensure a mindful, supportive experience for every client. - Arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts so you may prepare while connecting with your body and mind. - Your attire must allow a complete range of movement, it is also important that we are able to see and work over a correct body alignment. - Make sure to clean and put back any equipment used during the session. - Any injuries and pregnancy must be notified to your trainer in advance. - We are here to embrace your movement journey so do not hesitate in reaching out to your coach for any concern. - Due personalized care our groups do not exceed 10 people per class.
